Going on holiday can be very worthwhile.It would be a shame to cancel because of the risk of wandering.  my beacon can be set for use abroad.  As with the UK, the GPS part of my beacon will work anywhere, but my beacon depends on a mobile phone signal.  As long as your mobile phone works, so will the my beacon.  It does not matter which mobile phone network is being used because, when used abroad, it sends its location by SMS (text message).              Due to roaming charges, this is more expensive.

my beacon will only work abroad if you use your own SIM card (the pay-as-you-go option). If you intend to travel abroad with your my beacon, we recommend you opt for the Pay-As-You-Go option.
